  • CREATE EXISTING LAYOUT OF YOUR RESIDENCE AND YOUR LOT.
     

  • PROVIDE YOU WITH DESIGN OPTIONS THAT MATCH YOU BUDGET AND WISHLIST.
     

  • IF YOU ALREADY CONTACTED A GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO DO THE PROJECT FOR YOU, WE WILL COORDINATE WITH THEM AND MAKE SURE THE ENTIRE TEAM IS ON THE SAME PAGE OF WHAT IS TO BE DONE.
     

  • CREATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BASED ON THE APPROVED DESIGN.
     

  • SOME PROJECTS WOULD REQUIRE AN ENGINEER TO PROVIDE STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS AND DIAGRAMS. WE CONTACT AN ENGINEER THAT IS FAMILIAR WITH YOUR CITY CODES AND COORDINATE THE FULL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
     

  • OFTEN PROJECT WOULD REQUIRE ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THAT WE COMPLY WITH THE CITY / STATE ENERGY REQUIREMENTS.
     

  • ONCE WE HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, WE SEND YOU ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN A PDF FORMAT READY TO PRINT AND TAKE TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
     

  • WE OFFER CITY PROCESSING FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACTOR ALREADY, HE/SHE WOULD TAKE THE PLANS TO THE CITY FOR PROCESSING AND PULLING THE PROPER PERMITS TO INITIATE THE PROJECT.
